Terms of Service – Lotus365 VIP

Welcome to Lotus365 VIP. By creating an account, accessing or using our website or app (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Lotus365 is a game-of-skill service and does not offer betting, skill games or wagering.

1. Who we are

The Platform is operated by Lotus365 VIP (“we”, “us”, “our”), Juhu Bandra Avenue Road, 2021, Mumbai, India, under Online Gaming (Skill Based) Licence No. SKM/GG/2024/08751 issued by the Office of the Controller of Games, Government of Sikkim. 2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be located in a state where online skill gaming is permitted — see is Lotus365 legal and safe.
• You must provide accurate information and complete KYC verification.
• You must use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Your account

Each person may hold only one Lotus365 ID. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account — see our account security guide. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, hold duplicate accounts, or fail verification.

4. Games of skill

All contests on the Platform — fantasy sports, rummy, poker and esports — are games where success depends predominantly on skill. Contest rules are made available in the Platform; by entering, you accept the applicable rules. We operate in line with our fair-play policy.

5. Deposits, contests and withdrawals

Free practice contests are available at no cost. Paid skill contests require completed KYC. Any entry fees, contest formats, and withdrawal processes are described in the Platform and may require additional verification (such as PAN) in line with applicable law. Funds are handled through our payment partners; processing times may vary.

6. Responsible gaming

You agree to play responsibly and within your means. We provide deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion — see our responsible-gaming policy. Skill gaming is for entertainment and must never be treated as income or a way to recover losses.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Creating multiple accounts, or using another person’s account or details.
• Collusion, fraud, bots, automation or any manipulation of contests.
• Using the Platform if under 18 or where skill gaming is not permitted.
• Attempting to access, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform.

Breach may result in suspension, account closure and forfeiture in line with our policies and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, software and design on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
